The Korda Kaizen Green 12FT 3.5LB is the true all-rounder within the 12 ft Kaizen Green series. This rod combines enough power for long and accurate casts with a smooth enough action to comfortably fish close to the bank. This makes the 3.5 lb version suitable for a very wide range of carp waters and fishing situations.
The Kaizen Green series was developed as a more affordable alternative to the Kaizen Platinum, but shares many of the same design principles and features. The fast-tapered blank provides a quick tip action, good power transfer during the cast, and enough reserve power when fishing at distance. At the same time, the tip remains forgiving enough to handle short-range carp runs effectively.

All-round 3.5LB action
The 3.5 lb version is designed as the most versatile 12 ft rod within the Kaizen Green series. The blank has enough power to present rigs at long range, yet remains supple enough for fishing and playing fish close in. This means you don’t have to choose between a pure distance rod or a softer all-rounder.

Fast-tapered blank
The Kaizen Green uses a similar fast-tapered profile as the premium Kaizen Platinum series. The taper runs gradually from the handle to the tip, causing the rod to work mainly in the upper section under normal load. When the load increases, more of the powerful lower section of the blank is engaged.
This action provides a high tip speed during casting and supports efficient power transfer. At the same time, the tip has enough flex to absorb sudden runs from fish close in, reducing the risk of losing them.

The 12 ft Kaizen Green models are fitted with Sea-Guide TDG twin leg/foot guides. These stainless steel guides are designed to combine low weight with a strong and durable construction. The 50 mm starting guide and 16 mm tip guide support free line flow during powerful and long casts.

ADAMAN coating
