Floating Maggot

Floating Maggot

Floating Maggot are buoyant plastic maggots used as stubborn hookbaits, either on their own or combined with live maggots. They are ideal for Mag Aligner rigs, zig fishing for carp, and as bait stops in hybrid rigs. These bait types provide a slow sinking rate and protect delicate maggots on the line.

Features of Floating Maggot

• Made from floating plastic.
• Suitable as a tough hookbait for wary fish.
• Can be used in combination with live maggots.
• Applicable on Mag Aligner rigs by threading over the shank of a small hook.
• Used to conceal a hook during zig fishing for carp.
• Can be used as a bait stop in the hair loop of hybrid rigs with plastic corn.
• Ensures slow-sinking presentations to compensate for the weight of the hook or hook and maggot clip.
• Protects real maggots on the line by being added first and last during threading.
• Can be soaked in liquids for extra attraction.

Product Benefits
