What do you look for when buying a fishing chair?

Before we dive into the top 5, first this:

How do you fish?

• Short sessions or roaming fishing? → Compact and lightweight.

• Long sessions or night fishing? → Comfort and adjustability are important.

• Many different surfaces? → Adjustable mud feet are essential.

Seating comfort

Thick padding is nice, but ergonomics are just as important. Look at:

• Seat height

• Width of the seat

Transport

Does the chair fit in your car?
